Size and Scale

Posted by LGM | Tuesday, May 13th

LGM sees a broad range of work come in and sometimes it is difficult to get the scale/size correct because we do not know what units/scale you are drawing at, or your export may be applying a scale factor.  Please always tell us how big you think the bounding dimensions are and/or please put a cube in the corner of your drawing that will be 1"x1"x1" at the printed size (we won't print the cube or include it in our estimate).  This small step will help alleviate the Inch, MM, CM, Foot or arbitrary scale guessing game.
